Shipping Policy

Fast & Discreet Shipping You Can Trust

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we do our best to ship it out quickly and discreetly.

Most orders ship the same or next business day.
Our general shipping hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Fridays or over the weekend may not ship until the following Monday. While we sometimes ship on Saturdays, it is not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using Shopify’s discounted rates with major carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. This ensures you're getting the best available rate.

📦 FREE Shipping Promotions

We occasionally offer free shipping on qualifying orders (after discounts, before tax). When we do, we pay for both the carrier shipping fee and the labor cost to pack and ship your order.

  • Average Value in USA: $25
  • Average Value Outside USA: $50

Please note:

  • UPS and FedEx are private companies and typically raise rates 5.9% or more annually.
  • USPS, while government-run, also adjusts rates regularly.

Tariff Surcharge Policy

We are currently not charging additional tariff surcharges, but this may change without notice during what we like to call these “Tariffying Times.”

If a special order requires a tariff fee from the manufacturer or distributor, that cost may be passed on to you—or, in some cases, covered by us as part of a promotion.

Where We Ship From

Orders typically ship from our primary location in Seattle, WA, or may be drop-shipped from our trusted distribution partners across the USA and internationally.
We aim to reduce shipping times and carbon footprint by selecting the closest fulfillment source whenever possible.

Holidays

In General orders do not ship on major U.S. holidays including:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Discreet Packaging

We get it — privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.

Your return label will say:
“PP Shipping” or “PP Health Products” — never Joyboxx or Passionate Playground.
