Welcome to Joyboxx.com, the official store for Passionate Playground LLC. Please read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to view and purchase adult or medical products in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 or do not agree with these Terms, do not use this site.

2. Use of Products

All products sold on Joyboxx.com are intended for personal use only. Joyboxx and Passionate Playground are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or failure to follow product instructions.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by our platform.

Your personal and payment information is protected by Shopify and our payment processors and is not stored by us. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.

5. All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic and intimate nature of our products: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has shipped unless your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at customercare (at) joyboxx (dot) com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos for review. Approved replacements are at our sole discretion.

6. Fraud and Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site or our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to intellectual property laws, import/export regulations, and data privacy laws). The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered grounds for immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action if necessary:

  • Account Misuse: Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Joyboxx.com account or login credentials without our express written consent.
  • Unauthorized Resale or Arbitrage: Purchasing products from Joyboxx.com for the purpose of reselling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, or similar) without a reseller agreement.
  • Fraudulent Drop-Shipping: Using our platform to fulfill drop-shipping schemes where payment is not authorized, or where the end customer files a chargeback or fraud claim.
  • Payment Fraud: Submitting false or stolen payment information, including credit card fraud, or manipulating payment platforms to exploit discounts, promotional pricing, or shipping rules.
  • Chargeback Abuse: Filing false or malicious chargebacks to retain products without payment.
  • Data Theft: Engaging in web scraping, data harvesting, or use of bots to collect information, including pricing, content, customer data, or product details.
  • IP Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, displaying, or selling our trademarks, copyrighted materials, images, logos, product designs, or brand elements without express written permission.
  • Deceptive Activity: Any activity that misrepresents your identity, impersonates others, or deceives Joyboxx.com or our customers.

We reserve the right to investigate, report, and take appropriate legal action against any user who engages in prohibited conduct, including cooperating with law enforcement and payment processors. This may include contacting you through your your social media or via your associates.  Your access to the Site may be immediately revoked at our sole discretion if we believe you are in violation of these Terms or engaging in activity that harms our brand, our customers, or our business operation. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product names, images, text, videos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Passionate Playground LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joyboxx, Passionate Playground, and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the site;
  • Any products purchased from us;
  • Any errors or omissions in content.

All products are used at your own risk.

These Terms and any disputes related to them or the use of our services will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington in the United States.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Shopify’s own Terms and Privacy Policies apply to their handling of your data and payment information.
